Dear LW Community and Friends,

Thank you for your support, time, and valuable feedback in 2022. Many of you have been with us over the last 10 years, and we have also had the opportunity to invite many to join us on our journey along the way. 

Another year has gone by so quickly (I say this every year, and every year goes by even faster!), but as always we have gained new experiences and are pleased with the progress we are seeing in DEI across the boardrooms and workplaces in corporate Malaysia.

We once again accomplished many firsts in 2022 – a destination graduation (Paris) for the Global Women on Boards (GWOB) 2022 programme, Columbia Global Centers (Nairobi and Paris) have joined us as academic partners for GWOB, launched the Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) programme, completed a study on DEI best practices and legislations across 10 countries, launched the Equality at Work virtual convention initiative for the Corporate Community, and started a Board Networking initiative to proactively connect women and boards. 

As we wind down for the year, the team at LeadWomen wishes each and every one of you and your families a very happy holiday season, Merry Christmas and blessed new year.
