There is a large body of research showing us that unconscious or implicit biases explain many of our patterns of behavior around diversity. Unconscious bias does not just affect the decisions that we make, but it also affects how we communicate with people every day. This bias can unknowingly shape an organization’s culture, which if not made aware, will hinder inclusivity at all levels.
This Conference offers an unconventional Xperience to help leaders recognise some of the most prevalent unconscious biases, and how to be more conscious of subconscious mindsets to reduce personal and organizational unconscious bias.
