Join us as we kick off our first networking event of the year.

Each year, organizations devote significant resources to strategic planning. Yet most leaders perceive the traditional model of strategic development to simply be an act of compliance – one which often results in less than adequate strategies which fail to deliver.
Discover how to use strategic conversations to encourage and enable leaders to ask better questions and develop stronger insights into shaping improved strategy.
In this event, you will have the opportunity to engage in strategic conversations with your peers within a small group on a selected topic or issue, guided by the speaker and subject matter expert, Stephen Lin, Asian Regional Managing Partner of Haines Center for Strategic Management and the co-author of “Enhancing Your Strategic IQ – Winning Strategies from A to Z”.
At the end of the session, you will be more aware of the strategic conversation process and how to hone your skill to ask the right questions in management or board meetings.
